HUDDERSFIELD travel to Westoe in National II North tomorrow looking to quickly get back into gear after last weekend’s enforced break.

Left without a fixture, coach Dan Hyde is boosted by having virtually his whole squad fit, with just Ben Paxman looking set to miss the cut.

“We’ve got a couple of guys back and a few niggles have cleared up, so we pretty much have everyone back,” said Hyde.

“It would have been good to have got one of the games we have pencilled in for May out of the way last weekend, but all the teams we have to play were already in action.

“But we have looked pretty good over our last couple of games and we go to Westoe hoping that their sloping pitch is in a good condition and hopefully if it is that will suit our game.”

YMCA will be without centre Chris Williams for the rest of the Yorkshire II campaign.

Williams has torn a tendon in his thumb and will be replaced in the side by Alex Shaw for tomorrow’s away clash with Roundhegians.

Jack Housley returns to the team in the second row, with James Bell included on the bench where he will be joined by Matt Dickinson who is in line to make his first-team debut.

YMCA: Clarke; Beever, Ryder, Shaw, Morton; Swift, Wilson; Sanderson, Dyke (Stu), Dyke (Ste), Housley, Walker, Pollock, Mazza, Whitehead. Subs: Bell, Hill, Dickinson.
