HUDDERSFIELD second row forward Ben Harris had to make do with a watching brief for the England Counties side against Ireland at Stourbridge.
Although selected for the starting side, the 20-year-old from Dalton had to settle for a place on the bench during England’s 29-25 victory.Now Harris will be keeping his fingers crossed that he is pencilled in for the second of the double internationals this Spring, when England take on France later this month.The 22-man squad will be selected in the few days, and the Huddersfield lock will hoping for the call.Huddersfield lost 25-10 at Westoe in National II North.
