Three comedians are set to grace the Comedy Cellar stage at the LBT next week.
Ian D Montfort, Ivan Brackenbury and Anthony J Brown are the trio out to provide the laughs next Thursday, July 17, at 8pm.
Ian D Montfort was described by Time Out in London as “a spookily skilful, wonderfully observed and hysterically funny character who contacts dead celebrities with incredible results. A monster hit at the Edinburgh Fringe”
Comic spirit medium Ian D Montfort will be performing material from his recent critically-acclaimed Edinburgh Festival show Unbelievable, wowing the audience with his mind-blowing spirit medium skills and becoming one of the most talked-about cult hits of the festival. He is a New Zealand Comedy Festival award winner and his own four-part radio 2 series was broadcast in February 2013. He’ll be previewing his Edinburgh Festival show Mid-day Seance.
Ivan Brackenbury was described by the Daily Telegraph as “funnier than an entire series of Alan Partridge.”
Described by Chris Evans as ‘a comedy genius’, Ivan is a truly bizarre and twisted comic creation, a hospital radio DJ with delusions of grandeur that would make even Noel Edmonds blush. His show has wowed punters at festivals all over the world and created a frenzy at the Edinburgh Festival where the show won the coveted Spirit Of The Fringe Award.
He was also voted in the Top 50 most memorable gigs of the decade by the illustrious comedy website Chortle.
