Pack of Lies, the play based on the real-life story of a 1960s suburban British couple who were unmasked as Soviet spies, is on at The Halifax Playhouse, King Cross Street, from Tuesday until Saturday, September 2 - 6.

The play, written by Hugh Whitemore, was first seen in the West End 1983, when it starred Judi Dench, who later went on to win a Lawrence Olivier Award for her performance. It is a story of loyalty and betrayal.

The Halifax Thespians’ production is directed by Jeanne O’Rourke.
