MEMBERS of the Royal Photographic Society Digital Imaging Group are staging an exhibition in town.

It’s the first time the exhibition has come to the north of England.

And it’s the North Light Gallery in Armitage Bridge which has been chosen to showcase the work of some of the country’s top photographers.

More than 100 prints will be on show from today, encompassing a wide variety of styles from traditional to abstract digital photography.

There is a separate exhibition from the Yorkshire RPS Digital Imaging Group.

And you can also see the work of Huddersfield Grammar School students which includes a vibrant and colourful display of artwork from pupils in years six to 11.

All of the exhibitions can be viewed at the gallery today, tomorrow and Sunday from 10am until 4pm and for the following two weekends.
