BROKEN Britain may be staring into the bottom of an empty pint glass, but don’t lose hope – Al Murray The Pub Landlord is back to fill it up again, with a brand new show of epic proportions.

Britain’s most irrepressible innkeeper will be serving up his premier brew of ale-inspired acumen and bar-room buffoonery at Huddersfield Town Hall next month.

Al will be in town on February 26 as part of his national The Only Way is Epic tour.

This new live stand-up show from the multi-award-winning comedian, follows the nationwide success of the Guv’s twice extended Barrel of Fun tour, and is sure to sell-out fast.

For those who have had their eyes and ears shut for the last few years, Al Murray is simply one of the most recognisable and successful comics in the UK with his alter-ego, The Pub Landlord. His latest TV series Compete for the Meat (Dave), saw teams battle it out to win the coveted prize of a frozen chicken.

His British Comedy Award Winning ITV1 series Al Murray’s Happy Hour has delighted both viewers and critics alike with his no nonsense treatment of his celebrity guests.

He is also one of the few stand-up comedians to be asked by ITV to perform two Audience With's.

Al’s sitcom Time Gentlemen Please (Sky One) has become something of a modern day cult classic and his series, Al Murray’s Multiple Personality Disorder (ITV1) saw him introduce a whole host of new characters and demonstrate his vast comedic range.

When he is not in character, Al hosts 7 Day Sunday, a weekly programme for BBC Radio 5, which has just finished its third series.
