Comedian Junior Simpson is heading to Calderdale.

The top-rated funnyman will be headlining at the Hebden Bridge Comedy Club at The Old Gate, Hebden Bridge, on Sunday, January 12.

With his infectious energy and huge stage presence, it is easy to see why Junior is a circuit favourite.

He has a boundless joy and exuberance that has audiences hooked with hilarity.

A true observational comic, Junior finds his humour in the everyday and humdrum with anecdotes of his world travels as a comedian adding a personal originality to his set.

Junior is a regular headliner at clubs all over the UK and is also in great demand in South Africa and Australia.

He is also a regular contributor to The Cutting Edge Team at the Comedy Store in London.

His numerous TV appearances include Harry Hill’s TV Burp, Richard And Judy, the Armstrong & Miller Show, Never Mind the Buzzcocks and The Harry Enfield Show.

In 2003 Junior appeared in Richard Curtis’s film Love Actually.
