Game of Thrones fans: season five is coming.

Sky has announced when the fantasy epic is set to return to our screens: Monday April 13, at 9pm.

The show, starring Shelley actress Lena Headey, will be shown on Sky Atlantic.

Season four of the award-winning drama kept viewers on the edge of their seats, with weddings, duels, assassinations and of course the grisly deaths the show is famed for.

The season four finale contained a number of cliffhangers, and fans will be keen to find out the fates of their favourite characters.
