Gail said: "I feel extremely ugly. I’ve dealt with no hair for a long time - but sometimes I don’t feel so pretty."

Gail, 44, developed alopecia totalis in 2005, and lost her hair. It began to grow back in 2006, but fell out again by the end of the year.

Austin said the other ladies in the house were not more attractive than her.

"Gail, I would be honoured for you to shave my head," he adds. "You are the most amazing person with or without hair."
