She has been flirting her way through early episodes of I’m A Celebrity.
But it seems Jorgie Porter, the Hollyoaks star making herself at home in the Australian jungle, has a man in her life back home.
And it’s Huddersfield-born England rugby star Luther Burrell.
The pair have been out on dates, according to Porter’s management.
And friends say Burrell is exactly the type of man she likes.
The show has screened scenes showing Porter flirting particularly with Union J singer George Shelley, but her friends insist he is not her type.
Fellow Hollyoaks star Jazmine Franks said: “She likes men who are manly, a proper man - someone who could pick her up”.
And her management have confirmed she is dating Burrell, who began his career as a junior at Huddersfield RUFC.
“Jorgie and Luther have been on a couple of dates recently but they’re not in a relationship” said a spokesman.
Porter, who plays Theresa McQueen in the Channel Four soap, was seen with Northampton star Burrell after the pair went to the Channel Four chat show TFI Friday together on a date.
Speaking about Luther she said: “He is definitely my type. But it’s very early days, so I don’t want to talk about him too much, because I could go in the jungle and do something really ugly and he might be put off me for life.”
In her latest stunt on the show, Porter took part in a game of Bush Scrabble.
They had to dive into a smelly swamp, collect letters and make words for points.
She wasn’t happy. “It’s absolutely disgusting, it stank in there,” she complained. “It smelt like horse poo and vomit. It was vile.”
Earlier, the soap star Porter had been announced as a new camp leader, as voted for by the public on the I’m A Celebrity app.
