St George's Square will soon be taken over by stalls offering cuisines from around the world, sweet treats and local delicacies.

Huddersfield Food and Drink Festival will run August 7-10, with  dozens of exhibitors setting up stalls in the square to tempt you with their tasty food.

British barbecue, Thai, Carribbean, pie and mash, meats, cheese and more will be on offer - is your mouth watering yet?

Here are the food stalls planned for this year's festival:

  • Stalls 1-2: Spicy Kitchen - Mediterranean, Egyptian Grill, Turkish and Asian cuisine
  • Stall 3: Discovery Bay - Exotic Caribbean cooking
  • Stalls 5-6: Temujin - healthy Mongolian stir fry
  • Stalls 7-8: Kabana - Traditional yet creative Indian cuisine
  • Stalls 10-11: Roadrunner Retro-Catering - Traditional East End pie and mash and meat and potato pies
  • Stall 15: British BBQ Sausages - Homemade sausages in four different flavours with artisan bread and relish
  • Stall 19: 2 Sister Thai Food - Authentic Thai food with curries, pad Thai, noodles and pork ribs
  • Stalls 23-24: Ali Murad - Authentic cuisine from the Indian sub-continent
  • Stall 25: Bolster Moor Farm Shop - Award-winning sausages, beef burgers and pork pies
  • Stalls 31-32: The Chilli Jam Man - Handmade chilli jams and 16-hour smoked pulled pork

  • Stall 39: Bexton Cheese - Handmade farmhouse cheese in a variety of flavours
  • Stall 40: Coddy's Farm - Holmfirth farm with a five star butchery, offering local meats
  • Stall 43: Greek Olives - A Mediterranean speciality
  • Stall 46: Riverford - seasonal organic produce including veg, fruit, milk, eggs and more
  • Stall 52: Yorkshire Rapeseed Oil - Cold pressed Yorkshire rapeseed oil, flavoured oils, dressings and Yorkshire mayonnaise
  • Stall 53: Green Olives - Olives, Baklawq, Turkish Delights and Nuts
  • Stall 55: Cowboys - American diner food, including doughnut burgers, chocolate bacon, beef chilli fries and foot-long chilli dogs
  • Stall 58: Bradleys - Huddersfield restaurant serving homemade beef and chorizo burgers and chilli and garlic chicken burgers
  • Stall 60: Nachos Amigos - Mexican street food, burritos and nachos
  • Stall 63: The Yorkshire Hot Dog Company - Gourmet hot dogs made with locally sourced pork
  • Stall 66: Kitchen - Beautiful breads, pretty pastries and super-duper meringues
  • Stall 67: Snowdonia Cheese - Premium qualilty waxed truckles of cheese

  • Stall 68: Greedy Little Pig - Pork sandwiches with BBQ sauce and coleslaw
  • Stall 69: Lahori - Tikka and salmon schwarma in corn tortilla wraps with salad and chutneys,  plus beef and chicken baltis
  • Stall 72: The Gift of Oil - Extra virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegar
  • Stalls 73-74: Ryan Jepson Cheeses - Traditional and speciality cheeses, complimented with biscuits, cakes and butter
  • Stall 75: Exotic Meats - Alternative meats including crocodile, buffalo, kangeroo, ostrich and zebra
  • Stall 76: Gringo's - Huddersfield restaurant providing nachos and burritos
  • Stall 77: Delice D'Ivoire - A taste of Africa, with red rice, tilopia fish and banana plantain
  • Stall 78: Yorkshire Drizzle - A range of flavoured rapeseed oils and balsamics
  • Stalls 78 A and B: Neaversons Tea House - tea house, wine bar and restaurant
  • Stall 80-82: Hinchliffe's - One of Britain's first farm shops, offering home reared beef, award-winning pies, sausages and bacon
  • Stall 83: Thai Experience - homemade authentic Thai cuisine
  • Stall 87-89: Shangreela Caterers - Freshly made curries, kebabs and tikka
  • Trailer B: Round Green Farm - Meat from Round Green deer farm near Barnsley, venison grills, burgers and steaks
