Delicious smells and sizzling grills have filled St George's Square for the 16th Huddersfield Food and Drink Festival.

Tens of thousands of visitors will head into the town centre to enjoy food from around the world, tempting ale and cocktail bars and indulgent desserts.

There's curries, burgers, fish and chips, mussels and more — as well as artisan ice cream, churros and even flavoured vodkas.

And in the evening the square will come alive with music at Festival at Dusk.

We take in the stalls, the demo kitchen, street entertainers and plenty of revellers exploring the festival!

The festival runs until Sunday August 4.
