They’ll be looking at loss, love and loneliness in a brand new production aimed specifically at children. The company’s artistic director Wendy Harris commissioned If Only The Lonely Were Home from Tasmanian based writer Finegan Kruckemeyer.
Wendy saw one of Finegan’s plays, The Tragical Life of a Cheeseboy, at a world children’s theatre festival in Australia.
She was so delighted with his work that she asked him to write a love story for children and he came up with If Only The Lonely… See it at the LBT on May 27.
There are two performances at 11am and 2pm. Box office is on 01484 430528.
