IT IS a perfect way to round off a season.

Pick a lunchtime treat that you know your audience will like and have it served by one of the most respected quartets around.

That’s what will happen at Dewsbury Town Hall on Wednesday, May 12, when the New World Quartet will provide a perfect finale to the lunchtime concert season.

Several audience members had requested a concert of string quartets for the Dewsbury lunchtime concert season.

The New World Quartet, one of the busiest quartets in the country, is happy to oblige with a programme which includes Haydn’s Sunrise Quartet and Dvorak’s American Quartet.

The concert is at 12.30pm and tickets are £4 (£3 concessions) in advance from Kirklees Booking Offices on 01924 324501, or from Dewsbury Town Hall box office on the day of the concert. Lunch is served in the main hall from 11.30am.
