They had a blast last year and now they are back.

“I love coming back to places we have played before” said Ben Bowden, one half of a Simon and Garfunkel tribute act.

“We had a blast at Square Chapel last year,” which is why he and Adam Ellis who play Paul and Art are heading back there on Saturday, September 21 (7.30pm).

Together they are The Sounds of Simon and they play the Square Chapel as part of their acclaimed Old Friends Tour.

The two are supported by a full band and promise the beautiful harmonies of one of the  most influential singer-songwriter duos of all time.

Ben recently featured on BBC’s The One Show talking about the time Paul Simon spent in the northern town of Widnes, where he is rumoured to have written the  hit song, Homeward Bound.
