OPERA North’s Andrew Slater is the guest recitalist at next week’s lunchtime concert at St Paul’s Hall in Huddersfield.

Andrew, a bass baritone, is currently appearing as Pistol in the opera, Falstaff, with Opera North.

He teaches at the University of Huddersfield’s music department which is hosting the concert on November 8, 1.15pm and works as soloist with a number of leading opera companies.

He will share the concert billing next week with pianist Ian Buckle and together they will give a recital of songs and lieder.
