BRIGHOUSE Theatre Productions' pantomime this year promises to be yet another crowd pleaser.

The society has picked Mother Goose and the show is at Brighouse Civic Hall from January 17–20.

Jill Lambert, who has just directed the music for the company’s carol concert has also been busy in panto rehearsal as she is the show’s musical director.

Pete Forsyth is once again the producer and the dancers, from the P M Gibson School of Theatre Dance, are choreographed by Philippa Gibson.

There will be some familiar faces on stage too.

Andrew Mann returns to play the Dame, Mother Goose while her son, Silly Billy, is played by John Murphy whose day job is managing a Brighouse cheese shop.

The principal boy Colin is played by Holly Robson who teams up with Emma Newsome who is Jill, the principal girl.

No pantomime would be complete without a 'baddie' and Robert Davison will not disappoint in this role.
