SCISSETT Youth Band plays its Christmas concert this weekend at Holmfirth Civic Hall.
This band of young musicians promises an evening full of favourite carols and plenty of festive cheer.
The players are all aged under 18 and will be conducted on Sunday by the band’s musical director, Simon Mansfield.
The band’s guests for evening night concert are fellow brass players Hade Edge Band.
Hade Edge will be conducted by its musical director Simon Wood.
The concert starts at 7pm and tickets are £5 and £3.50. Here’s a chance to celebrate Christmas in the company of two local bands and support young musicians.
