What are your top tips for spring/summer fashion?

Dress for your shape. Just because something’s on trend, doesn’t mean it will look good on you. Confidence is the most important thing. Don’t feel like you have to wear something just because it’s in fashion, dress to make you feel happy and comfortable.

What is your go-to piece of clothing for spring/summer?

Bomber jacket – I think whether it’s sunny or rainy, having a light coat is always a good thing – you never know with the British weather. Or a good pair of sunglasses.

What’s your top tip for choosing the best bikini for your body shape?

Look in the mirror or speak to your friends. If you have a larger chest stay away from halter necks - if you’re flat-chested stay away from under-wires. I think if you feel good in it, wear it.

What’s your favourite thing about choosing new swimwear?

It means it’s nearly summer or that you’re going on holiday which is pretty exciting! There are always so many colours and prints, especially in the new George collection there’s just so much to choose from.

How will you get beach ready for summer this year?

I always get a spray tan, I don’t really like to spend too much time in the sun as I’m too health conscious. A bit of tan always makes me more confident on the first day on the beach, so I don’t stand out like a sore thumb. Good lip balm and a good kaftan or cover up as well.
