A whole host of theatrical magic is coming to Huddersfield, Halifax, Leeds and Bradford this summer as theatres gear up for their summer season.
The Alhambra, Grand Theatre, Victoria Theatre, Lawrence Batley Theatre and West Yorkshire Playhouse have hit shows arrive from June — from smash-hit West End musicals to children's shows and celebrations of rock 'n' roll icons.

Into The Woods
West Yorkshire Playhouse, June 2 - 25
Sonehiem's classic musical sees fairy tale characters brought together in an exciting way — but happy ever after is far from guaranteed. Opera North and West Yorkshire Playhouse will present the show in June, with tickets priced £`13-£40. Book here.
The 39 Steps
Lawrence Batley Theatre, Huddersfield, June 8-11
Huddersfield Thespians presents The 39 Steps, a whodunnit film spoof which mixes Hitchcock's masterpiece with a spy novel and a dash of Monty Python-esque comedy. Cats
Leeds Grand Theatre, June 20 - July 2
Direct from its sell-out runs at the London Palladium, Andrew Lloyd Webber's much-loved musical Cats is coming to Leeds Grand Theatre for two weeks only. Exploring the weird and wonderful feline characters of TS Eliiot's Old Possum's Book of Practical Cats, the Oliver award nominated show arrives in Leeds in June. Footloose

Gareth Gates and Maureen Nolan kick off their Sunday shoes in the stage music production of one of the 1980's most toe-tapping movies. The remastered rock 'n' roll show is coming to Bradford in June — tickets cost £17.50 to £41 and can be booked here.
Chaplin - The Charlie Chaplin Story

Chaplin — The Charlie Chaplin Story is the heartwarming and hilarious musical about Chaplin's journey from Victorian London to the glitz and glamour of early Hollywood. Let It Be

Get ready to twist and shout at the Grand when the Fab Four musical Let It Be arrives in July.
