THE musicians of Skelmanthorpe B Band won’t have far to go for their concert date on November 24.
They’ll be in the neighbouring village of Shelley with a programme of festive treats at the village hall.
It’s a perfect starter for Christmas with plenty of seasonal favourites on the menu.
The 35 musicians from this section four contesting band hope to give their audience a real Christmas treat in this concert, hosted by Shelley Community Association.
The band is conducted by Phil Garlick, lead teacher for brass at Kirklees Music School.
Tickets are £5 from local shops and the concert begins at 7.30pm.
