Whether you chose sugar and lemon, bananas and honey, chocolate chip or even ice cream as tasty toppings, we're sure lots of you tucked into pancakes last night.

And the Examiner has a new pancake flipping champion — 32-year-old Ray Dale of Waterloo, who managed to toss his pancake 60 times in 60 seconds!

After Pancake Day yesterday, today (Ash Wednesday) is the start of Lent and the beginning of the 40 days leading up to Easter.

We asked you to try our pancake flipping challenge to mark the occasion, and beat our reporter Samantha's score of 16 consecutive flips.

Ray has absolutely smashed the record — did you do any better? And more importantly, did you capture your feat on video?
