Did you take our Huddersfield Town 2013/2014 end-of-season survey? If so, here is part two of all the answers you have been waiting for.

Question 10: Which one player should Huddersfield Town try to keep this summer?

Adam Clayton's value at Huddersfield Town had already been made apparent by fans voting for him as their player of the season, but it truly underlines the midfielder's worth amongst supporters that he was also the standout option in this category.

Clayton was the player most fans wanted the club to retain at all costs, while the other choices were hardly surprising.

Nahki Wells, who only arrived in January but will have attracted admiring glances from afar, is another popular choice, as is James Vaughan, with both frontmen considered key components of this Town side.

The fans also appear keen for Danny Ward's future to be resolved, while the surprise choice of a few Town fans was youngster Duane Holmes, who clearly did enough to impress in his breakthrough term.

Question 11: Would you like to see Martin Paterson and Jon Stead come back in and be a part of the side?

The strike duo both left the John Smith's Stadium in the new year after Well's arrival from Bradford City, with Jonathan Stead heading to the Bantams and Martin Paterson also dropping down a division to League One at Bristol City.

Paterson, who arrived from Burnley last summer, netted six times in 28 games for Town before his move and can arguably be considered the bigger success of the two, with Stead only managing 14 appearances and just the one goal, in the 3-2 win over Leeds United.

The duo's respective goal tallies appear to have had a bearing on the voting here. Interestingly, the majority of Town fans (59.53%) voted for both to depart the club, presumably in the hope of a new addition up front this summer.

The second most popular option (32.94% of fans) was for Paterson to remain and Stead to leave, indicating the Northern Ireland international may yet have a role to play at Town.

Question 12: How many players should Huddersfield Town sign?

Town have already been linked with a host of players, with Cyrus Christie, Craig Cathcart, Stephen Dobbie, Ben Pringle and Joe Murphy all rumoured targets.

The departures of Calum Woods and Peter Clarke leave Town looking slightly bare in defence and they may require a few signings to avert a similar struggle for survival which they experienced during 2013/2014.

The fans are clearly quite content with the core structure of the playing squad, however, with 4-6 signings the favourite option of the four, receiving 76.42% of the vote.

They feel there is a need for more than 1-3 (16.75%), but equally Town supporters do not believe a mass overhaul is required to be a success next season, with just 6.37% opting for 7-10 signings. Unsurprisingly, the 'none - the current squad is good enough' option failed to garner much interest, with just a 0.47% share.

Question 13: Will Mark Robins still be here this time next season?

It is clear that Town fans are largely behind manager Mark Robins and everything he is trying to do at Huddersfield.

The support is not entirely unwavering and a 10-match winless run, which meant relegation looked a possibility at one stage, hardly helped the manager's cause but a 73.58% majority voting in Robins' favour illustrates the backing he has.

The other 26.42% may wait until signings have been made and wins are under the belt before truly forming a judgment on the future of the manager.

Question 14: Is the club in a better position than a year ago?

Town finished the season in 17th place, two positions higher than their 19th-placed finish in 2012/2013 and the club were able to score more goals, despite the absence of James Vaughan, and also let in fewer too.

On the flip side of this, the club actually accrued five less points than the previous season but it did not seem to have an effect on Town fans, with the result of this particular category showing a correlation with whether or not Robins will still be here this time next year.

74.23% voted in favour of where the club are at now compared to 12 months ago, with 26.42% feeling the club have failed to make any progress.

Question 15: Where will Town finish next season?

The outlook seems optimistic, too, when it comes to predicting how next season will fare for Town. A sense of realism prevailed above all else, with the majority of supporters (60.43%) choosing the 'top half' option.

With Town having finished five places and some 11 points off a top-12 spot, that might appear a slightly tall order and some fans (27.01%) believe the club will once again fall into the lower half.

The third most popular option was for Town to make the play-offs, with 9.24% of fans hoping Town could potentially put themselves in contention for an inaugural place in the top flight.

Question 16: What one question would you ask Mark Robins?

Here are five of the best...

"After Town's highest position for years, why change the backroom staff?"

"The passing game seems to work for so long in a game, but it seems there is no Plan B, why?"

"Why isn't Hogg holding and Clayton pushing further up the pitch?"

"Don't you think more experience is required rather than academy players?"

"Why does this squad get so many injuries and take so long to recover from them?"

Question 17: What one question would you ask Dean Hoyle?

Here are five of the best...

"How involved in decision making for new players and team selection do you get?"

"Are you prepared to invest in new players in the close season?"

"Do you ever regret buying into Town?"

"Where do you feel Huddersfield Town need strengthening the most ahead of next year?"

"How can we get more academy players coming through?"

Question 18: Any other points you'd like to make?

Here are five of the best...

"The crowd needs to be more patient with the passing."

"The club needs to have an end to call 'home', or somewhere in the ground which can generate an atmosphere."

"Progress is being made, slow and steady, but I feel the team needs to be more ruthless & clinical during games."

"How much work do the team do on corners as we never seem to score from them but cannot defend them?"

"Keep positive and working hard and the fans will stick with you!"
