After completing our Huddersfield Town 2013/2014 end-of-season survey, we have crunched the numbers to bring you the results in infographic form.

Adam Clayton and Joel Lynch were the big personal winners after earning the 'player of the season' and 'goal of the season' titles respectively, while Jonathan Stead picked up the unwanted 'worst player of the year' moniker.

The best performance was Town's 2-1 win over newly-promoted Burnley while the worst, somewhat unsurprisingly, was the 5-1 reverse at Leeds United.
