Police stop ZOMBIE couple on M62 (no, really)

Just when you thought Britain couldn’t get any weirder, police stop a zombie couple on the M62.

The duo were on their way to an acting job yesterday evening when a woman called 999 in panic saying she’d seen a “man biting a lady and assaulting her” near junction 11.

Luckily, it all seemed to be a misunderstanding. Top marks to them for posing for a photo (and also on the aptly-chosen “midnight” scented air freshener).
